This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/ service that you have bought through the Platform. Under this policy

i) Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. still, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to similar merchandisers trafficker(s) listed on the Platform and they've initiated the process of dispatching them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an indeed, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

ii) Company doesn't accept cancellation requests for perishable particulars like flowers, eatables, etc. still, the refund/ relief can be made if the stoner establishes that quality of the product delivered isn't good.

iii) In case of damage of damaged or imperfect particulars, please report to our client service platoon. The request would be entertained once the dealer/ trafficker listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of damage of products. In case you feel that the product entered isn't as shown on the point or as per your prospects, you must bring it to the notice of our client service within 3 of entering the product. The client service platoon after looking into your complaint will take an applicable decision.

iv) In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a bond from the manufacturers, please relate the issue to them.

v) In case of any refunds approved by company, it'll take 7 days for the refund to he reused to you.
